PETERBOROUGH, N.H. (October 15, 2026) – Lotlinx (opens in a new tab), the inventory performance intelligence company for automotive retail, today announced the return of Sarah Copp as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Copp will lead the company’s unified sales and account management organization, bringing together teams, processes, and priorities to strengthen customer relationships and drive commercial growth.

Sarah Copp - Chief Commercial Officer

Copp brings deep institutional knowledge of Lotlinx, its customers, and its operating model, along with extensive sales leadership experience in automotive technology. Her familiarity with the company’s core value proposition and the needs of automotive retailers positions her to strengthen Lotlinx’s go-to-market strategy and reinforce the customer relationships that drive the company’s success.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Copp will oversee a coordinated commercial organization spanning sales and account management, with shared objectives and clear accountability throughout the customer relationship—from initial engagement and onboarding through ongoing service, account growth, and renewal. She will work closely with leadership to align the company’s Chandler and field teams around consistent processes, messaging, and priorities.

“Sarah knows Lotlinx, she knows our customers, and she understands what it takes to win in this market,” said Len Short, Chairman and CEO of Lotlinx. “Her leadership, deep understanding of our business, and ability to connect with dealers make her the right person to bring our commercial organization together around a shared vision. Having Sarah back is an important step in strengthening how we work together and deliver value to our customers.”

“I’m excited to return to Lotlinx and work alongside this team to build on what makes the company successful,” said Copp. “We have a strong value proposition and an opportunity to deliver even greater value to our dealer partners. By bringing sales and account management together around shared goals, a consistent approach, and a stronger customer experience, we can build lasting relationships and help dealers make better inventory decisions.”

Copp’s return reflects Lotlinx’s commitment to a more unified commercial organization, with aligned priorities, clear accountability, and a consistent approach to serving customers. Under her leadership, Lotlinx will focus on strengthening customer relationships, driving adoption of new products, and bringing the company’s continued innovation to market in ways that deliver greater value to automotive retailers.
