As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will be responsible for the technical organization and execution of the technical product vision, priorities and strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will work very closely with both product and business stakeholders to effectively execute all technical company priorities within the agile methodology. In this position, you will be responsible for the organization and communication of all technical projects in the internal task-management system. It is imperative that you have previous experience working within JIRA (or a similar task management tool), interfacing with vendors and customers, managing sprint cycle priorities and leading cross-functional technical development projects.

What You Will Do:
– Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
– Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
– Obtain a significant understanding of our technical systems and how they collaborate with business, finance, commerce, client growth, and product initiatives to scale and grow our organization
– Define priorities for sprint cycles, task organization within JIRA, and ensure executive level vision is being met
– Interface with vendors (for technical integrations and systems) to build and execute on strategic product initiatives and collaborative data relationships
– Develop detailed project requirements and user stories along with stakeholders that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
– Work closely with development teams and product management to deliver products to market in a timely and appropriate manner
– Identify and resolve strategic issues that can roadblock or bottleneck the company’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
– Work closely with the lead developers and architects to learn and understand overall architectural vision and principles

What Skills + Experience You Will Need:
– Minimum of 3+ years of technical product or technical project management experience
– Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or Business with heavy experience in Technical Development if Business focused
– Prior experience in a scale-up/scaling organization is a strong asset
– Significant experience working with JIRA Task Management Platform is an asset
– Several years of experience working in an Agile-Scrum environment
– Solid experience with Technical Documentation and Technical Writing
– Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience and cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
– Proven ability to translate business requirements to developed products, systems and results
– Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
