The August 25th event featured Mark Olson of Findlay Kia in Las Vegas. Mark is a big LotLinx advocate, and was recently the focus of a success story that includes a video and full case history. So he was a natural choice to share his insights and suggestions.
Mark is a pretty impressive guy overall. As we’ve mentioned in a previous post, he’s a respected industry expert, has been included on the Automotive News list of 40 Under 40, as well as the Top 100 Men of the Year by My Vegas magazine. Clearly, he’s somebody savvy dealers are eager to learn from. And this webinar was the perfect opportunity.
During the event, Mark discussed everything from how he started in the car business to how he allocates his digital budget. He also outlined his 180-day sales strategy, talked about why he values LotLinx, gave advice on staying updated on industry trends, and answered questions live. He even predicted (with a crystal ball, of course) what the future of automotive looks like.
Mark also explained the value of transparency, and the importance of eliminating third parties that don’t deliver. It’s a point we’ve emphasized before, and continue to recommend.
