LotLinx, the leading automotive AI-powered digital marketing tool, is experiencing tremendous growth and has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing team.
As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for driving leads to the Sales Development team. Reporting to our Director of Demand Generation, you will create an end to end lead flow utilizing various campaigns and marketing technologies to drive leads and get them sales-ready.
–Plan, implement, and monitor various lead generation programs. This includes email marketing, direct mail, webinars, content distribution, retargeting, etc
-Work with the marketing operations lead to assure a consistent, polished and unique end to end customer experience for the leads
-Constantly A/B test everything you do and build upon the tactics that work
-Work closely with the Sales and Sales Development team so they have complete information on the leads that they are working and can provide consistent feedback and the quality of leads you drive
-Work with different vendors with the ability to negotiate and execute contracts
-Report on every step of your lead flows with plans and tests to increase conversion metrics
Multi-tasker: You will be running multiple campaigns that require a lot of steps and attention to detail. Context switching should be fairly easy for you.
Curious: You love experimenting with different methods, campaigns, messaging and closely measuring the results and making recommendations and iterations based on the data.
Entrepreneurial: You are excited to build systems and processes from the ground up. You understand that making mistakes is part of the process and you continue to learn from it.
Clear/concise communicator: You will need to be able to write ad/email/landing page copy in a way that anyone can understand what we do. You may even need to host webinars and tutorials so should have confidence in your speaking ability.
Data Driven: Everything in demand generation is driven by data. You can have multiple ideas and hypotheses but you have to allow data to be the ultimate decider. You also work toward very specific goals and are constantly looking to improve conversion metrics through the funnel.
– 3-5 years of experience working in a b2b marketing team
– Experience running marketing campaigns
– Experience working with pardot, hubspot or marketo
