LotLinx, the leading automotive AI-powered digital marketing tool, is experiencing tremendous growth and has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing Operations to join our Marketing team.

As the head of marketing operations, you will be responsible for building our entire Demand Generation infrastructure from the ground up. Reporting to our Director of Demand Generation, you will be the first ever Marketing Operations hire and will create the foundation of lead life-cycles, nurturing, a/b testing, reporting, and integrations. Once our marketing automation system’s foundation is set up, you will then continue to build out the rest of our marketing tech stack (Drift, Sendoso, Adroll, etc)

YOUR ROLE:
–Build a lead lifecycle from first touch to lead delivery to our external Sales Development team
-Create nurturing tracks that are dependant on persona and life-cycle stage
-Implement scoring and automated segmentation
-Provide operational support for all demand generation campaigns – emails, landing pages, etc
-Work closely with our Salesforce administrator to assure smooth lead delivery between systems and accurate reporting
-Create a reporting infrastructure to not only report on life-cycle stages but in-depth program metrics.
-Build a system and culture of a/b testing. Optimization and iteration will be key to all of the demand generation initiatives
-Work closely with our Sales and Sales Development team so they have all the data they need to follow up efficiently and effectively. Create a feedback loop so we can nurture recycled leads effectively and optimize on programs.

YOUR PERSONALITY:
Left brained: You genuinely enjoy creating flow diagrams and don’t mind spending hours knee deep in data.
Curious: You love experimenting with different methods, campaigns, messaging and closely measuring the results and making recommendations and iterations based on the data. You also keep a pulse on the marketing tech landscape to find new ways to create better customer experiences and increased revenue.
Entrepreneurial: You are excited to build systems and processes from the ground up. You understand that making mistakes is part of the process and you continue to learn from it. You are comfortable managing your own priorities and being the subject matter expert.
Clear communicator: Marketing Operations can be a bit of a black box. It is also an extremely collaborative function. You will be working with multiple departments and be the backbone for the entire marketing team. You will need to be able to take the complexities of marketing ops and explain it in a way that everyone can understand.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
– 3-5 years of experience working with Pardot, Hubspot or Marketo
– 2 years of experience working in Salesforce
– Experience evaluating, selecting and implementing tools/platforms
